NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans Athletics has postponed the EmpowHer Privateers Brunch to the Spring of 2022. EmpowHer Privateers is an initiative supporting female student-athletes with a focus on leadership development through scholarships, mentorship, and educational experiences. New Orleans Saints and Pelicans Owner/Chairman Gayle Benson will be the keynote speaker at the inaugural brunch.
In accordance with the City of New Orleans' COVID-19 guidelines, the event's new date will be released at a later time.
"We will announce a date for the rescheduled event as soon as those details have been finalized," said Tim Duncan, Vice President of Athletics & Recreation.
